Benefits:
  • 11 paid-time off PTO days

  • 11-month program (typical school year plus summer term)

  • Three paid breaks, including a fall break (typically 3 weekdays at Thanksgiving), a winter break (typically 10 weekdays around Christmas), and a spring break (typically 6 weekdays around Easter)

  • Biweekly pay for 26 weeks (Two paychecks will be partial paychecks for 11-month employees.)

  • Health Benefit options offered by SES (At least 50% of premium covered by employer for the following plans: employee only, employee + child, employee + spouse, employee + family)
     

Choose from:

  • 3 PPO  health insurance plans (UnitedHealthcare)

  • 2 HSA (Health Savings Accounts) high-deductible health plans

  • A combined Dental (UnitedHealthcare) and Vision (VSP) plan

  • Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for unreimbursed medical expenses

  • Employee Assistance Program  - Confidential counseling and support program available

  • Basic Life Insurance equal to one times an employee’s annual earnings up to $50,000

  • Personal Accident Insurance equal to one times an employee’s annual earnings up to $50,000

  • Short-term and long-term disability insurance

  • Supplemental life insurance, personal accident insurance and/or disability insurance also available at employee’s expense.

  • St. Elizabeth School 403(b) retirement plan with SES-matching contributions when an employee contributes 1%, 2%, 3%, 4%  or 5%  (tax deferred)

  • Tuition reimbursement of up to $1,500 for approved degree program courses or up to $500 for approved continuing education courses

  • Mileage reimbursement for authorized School business  

  • First Financial Federal Credit Union and/or SECU MD Credit Union eligibility
