Partner with St. Elizabeth School to train students enrolled in a successful vocational program.

SES’s goal is to engage students in a variety of training opportunities so that upon graduation students will:

  • have a better understanding of their job preferences
  • understand and meet employer expectations
  • increase their marketability

SES’s commitment is to provide individualized job supports while maintaining the business environment, and with every student-business partner match we:

  • collaborate with the business partner to develop a program that works with corporate policies and practices
  • provide school staff to support the business partner and its employees
  • assist the student to develop work goals and to understand job expectations

The Business Partner role is to train our students as you would your employees by providing:

  • real work experiences for our students
  • empathetic coworkers and supervisors to help train students
  • a simple quarterly evaluation of student accomplishments
