SES’s goal is to engage students in a variety of training opportunities so that upon graduation students will:
- have a better understanding of their job preferences
- understand and meet employer expectations
- increase their marketability
SES’s commitment is to provide individualized job supports while maintaining the business environment, and with every student-business partner match we:
- collaborate with the business partner to develop a program that works with corporate policies and practices
- provide school staff to support the business partner and its employees
- assist the student to develop work goals and to understand job expectations
The Business Partner role is to train our students as you would your employees by providing:
- real work experiences for our students
- empathetic coworkers and supervisors to help train students
- a simple quarterly evaluation of student accomplishments
