SES’s goal is to engage students in a variety of training opportunities so that upon graduation students will:

have a better understanding of their job preferences
understand and meet employer expectations
increase their marketability

SES’s commitment is to provide individualized job supports while maintaining the business environment, and with every student-business partner match we:

collaborate with the business partner to develop a program that works with corporate policies and practices
provide school staff to support the business partner and its employees
assist the student to develop work goals and to understand job expectations

The Business Partner role is to train our students as you would your employees by providing:

real work experiences for our students
empathetic coworkers and supervisors to help train students
a simple quarterly evaluation of student accomplishments
